All goods sent will be considered as delivered upon receipt by Australia Post. A tracking number can be provided if required. All claims for missing or transit damaged goods are to be made to Australia Post by the receiver.
15% deposit is required for a 3 month lay-by, 6 months for a saddle. The deposit is forfeited if the agreement is cancelled by customer prior to the time allocated for the lay-by. Contact us if extended time is required. At the end of the lay-by period, if the full amount has not been paid, a cancellation notice will be issued. If the full amount has not been paid within 14 days of the cancellation notice being issued, all monies will be forfeited. We may allow a limited amount of time to finalise the lay-by.
Orders of non stocked items require a deposit of 50% before the order is processed. If change of mind occurs, the deposit is forfeited.
We are very happy to send Internationally and recommend payment via Pay Pal. Credit cards can also be used.

Goods to be returned within 7 days of receipt.
When approval is given return the goods via Australia Post to Ideal Western Saddlery, 1971 Wimmera Hwy, Newbridge, Vic. 3551. Include with the goods the original sales docket, tags and packaging from the item, and a signed brief note giving your name, address, contact and the reason for the return.
If the goods have not been used and are faulty or we have sent the wrong item and are returned to us in as new condition, a credit, replacement or refund (whichever you choose) will be issued. The return postage costs will also be covered by Ideal Western Saddlery.
If goods have been sent in accordance with your order, or you have made a wrong selection, or simply changed your mind, these goods are not eligible for refund. However if they are unused and in as new condition Ideal Western Saddlery may exchange them and there may be a restocking fee of 10% plus postage involved. Postage to be paid by customer for these returns.
